Established in 1988, the dandara group is one of the most progressive property development companies in the U.K. Starting in the Isle of Man the company has built 3000 homes there now and it was the company’s efforts and achievements within the affordable housing market that had not gone unnoticed. So with its position firmly established as the largest developer on the Isle of Man, the company expanded its offshore development operation to the Channel Islands in 1993. Its foray into mainland UK came about in 2000 where the forward thinking company identified a gap in the growing city centre residential market in the North West where we are now one of the biggest City Centre Developers in Manchester and more recently Glasgow. With opening of a new London office has come the start of our developments in London and the South East.
