We have an exciting opportunity for Intermediate Quantity Surveyors with demonstrable experience in the Infrastructure Sector to proactively undertake a wide variety of high profile projects mainly in Scotland Central Belt region, based at our Edinburgh office. The individual must be flexible and willing to travel to Client locations within reasonable distance from Edinburgh.This position would ideally suit a motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a few years experience who is ready take on their next major challenge in their career but who is not getting recognition for their talents in their current environment. Support and training to progress to MRICS would be available for the aspiring individual. Working in a team of ten motivated colleagues, this individual is expected to work independently and as part of a team reporting directly to a Team Leader who is an Associate in the practice. A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to ‘get the job done’. Possesses a good track record operating as a professional Quantity Surveyor. A Private Practice background would be beneficial.
