We are able to actively head hunt the skills and experience you are looking for when it comes to your permanent staffing requirements, utilising our own database as well as a number of other specialist databases.

We are then able to pre screen and shortlist candidates within the parameters and requirements you set out, then arrange for the selected candidates to be interviewed on site or if recruiting internationally we are able to arrange teleconferencing and/or video conferencing dependent on available resources. All on a pre agreed fixed price.

For temporary or short term contracts we are able to offer you a variety of options

• Provide the same process listed above to find you the ideal contractor.
• We are able to payroll them, we would take care of all tax and HR Liabilities, thus providing you with a simple monthly invoice.
• Provide a complete all in one solution including flights, (if recruitment is from overseas) accommodation and payroll.

For large overseas recruitment needs we are able to arrange recruitment open days for dealing with high volumes of manpower in the Far East and Eastern Europe.
